Job Description	Job Description: As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the new building. This includes overseeing karaoke rooms, restaurants, clubs, and other facilities designed to cater to inbound tourists. Given the expected presence of international guests and staff, daily communication in English will be required. Current Foreign Staff: Full-time Employees: 1 Part-time Employees: 50 Requirements: Business-level English proficiency (especially in conversation) At least 3 years of management experience in the service industry, including restaurants, entertainment venues, or hotels Experience managing a team of around 70 people Preferred: Over 3 years of experience managing foreign staff in the service industry Overtime: Fixed overtime pay plus additional regular overtime pay Fixed overtime hours: 40 hours per month Additional pay will be provided for any hours worked beyond the fixed overtime.
