You will be responsible for all aspects of store management, including customer service, staff training, sales management, and recruiting and interviewing partners (part-time workers).
You can also be involved in menu planning and seasonal fair menu planning, so you can create a store that takes advantage of your individuality. Communication with golf course personnel is also an important part of my job.
*After joining the company, you will first start as a hall manager.
After acquiring thorough knowledge and management skills, you will step up to the position of store manager.
(For those with experience, it will take 1 to 2 years to become a store manager)
