Job Description	Job Description: You will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals in the food and beverage areas of this new building. This includes both the setup phase and daily operations once the building opens. With many international guests and staff expected, you will need to communicate effectively in English on a daily basis. Current Foreign Staff: Full-time Employees: 1 Part-time Employees: 50 Requirements: Business-level English proficiency (especially for conversation) At least 1 year of cooking experience in a restaurant Preferred: Experience managing a team of around 10 people Experience in menu and product development Relevant qualifications (e.g., food hygiene manager, nutritionist/dietitian, chef) Knowledge of international cuisines, especially Mexican food Overtime: Fixed overtime pay plus additional regular overtime pay Fixed overtime hours: 40 hours per month Additional pay for hours worked beyond the fixed overtime.
