Job Description	Job Description: We are looking for a manager to oversee the club floor in a new, large multi-purpose building. This role involves preparing for the opening of the club floor and managing its operations once it’s up and running. With a focus on inbound tourists and a diverse staff, you will need to communicate effectively in English on a daily basis. Foreign Employment Situation: Full-time Employee: 1 Part-time Employees: 50 Requirements (MUST): Business-level English proficiency, particularly in conversation At least 3 years of experience working in a well-known club Experience managing a team of around 20 people Experience in planning and executing events Preferred (WANT): Experience as a club manager or higher in a well-known establishment Knowledge of the music industry (e.g., DJs, artists) and the latest trends Familiarity with DJ equipment and related technology Overtime: Fixed overtime pay + additional overtime pay as applicable Fixed overtime hours: 40 hours per month Any overtime beyond the fixed hours will be compensated separately.
