Job Description	Job details: We are looking for an executive chef to oversee the culinary operations of a new large multi-purpose building. Your responsibilities will include preparing for the opening of the food and beverage areas, as well as managing all related operations once open, including menu development. Given the anticipated presence of many international guests and staff, daily communication in English will be required. Foreign Employment Situation: Full-time Employees: 1 Part-time Employees: 50 Requirements (MUST): Business-level English proficiency, especially in speaking At least 3 years of experience in a culinary role in the food and beverage industry Experience managing a team of around 20 people Experience in menu and product development Previous experience as an executive chef in any cuisine Knowledge and experience in global cuisine, with a focus on Mexican food Preferred (WANT): Interest in the ready-to-eat and dining-out sectors, including ghost kitchens (virtual restaurants) Relevant certifications (Food Hygiene Manager, Nutritionist/Dietitian, Chef, etc.) Overtime: Fixed overtime pay + standard overtime pay Fixed overtime hours: 40 hours per month Overtime beyond the fixed hours will be compensated separately.
